Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients (Serves 4-6)

  • 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans
  • 2 tsp grated onions
  • 2 cup coarsely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup mayo.
  • 1 cup grated American Cheese
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Directions:

Combine chicken, pecans, onion, celery, lemon juice & mayo.  Put into a small baking dish lightly coated with veg. spray.  Sprinkle with cheese & potato chips.  Bake at 400 for 20 mins. until bubbly.
